My Sweet Geek has been voyaging all over the province selling their geeky sweet treats; the Truro NerdCon, Board Room Cafe’s Nerd War nights, and craft fairs all over including one just before DCAF at Cape & Cowl on August 8th and 9th!

Cerulean Blues Art to exhibit at DCAF 2015

Kelly-Jo Romard, known as Cerulean Blues Art, is a freelance artist based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Her focus is primarily fanart (such as Doctor Who, My Little Pony, and more) done in traditional media. Recently, she has been adding the digital arts medium to her portfolio.

At DCAF, Cerulean Blues Art will be exhibiting prints, buttons, stickers, as well as their first colouring book. Commissions will be available as well.

Try some Dune World games at DCAF 2015!

The Dune World is a collective of five individuals: Alex Choiniere, Jeff Fillingham, Dave Baldwin, Evan Hiltz, and Michael Easton.

Based out of Halifax they have made many games and prototypes over the last two years such as: Over My Dead Body, Zono-Blast, VIDdEO, and Siestarena. They have been featured on sites such as: Rock Paper Shotgun, PC Gamer, and Gamejolt.

Meet the crew at the 4th Annual Dartmouth Comic Arts Festival and try out a few game demos!

Brandie Ingraham will be at DCAF!

Brandie Ingraham is going to be kickstarting her new comic called “Zombie Ed” at the Dartmouth Comic Arts Festival.

She will have free single strips available from the comic as well as a large variety of other illustrative artwork including magnets and prints!
