DCAF 2021 • Short notice for a good time

The Dartmouth Comic Arts Festival returns in a small way on Sunday August 15th from 10AM to 5PM
(Extremely short notice but what the heck – let’s try to put on a small show with some comicbook fun.)

We’ll have 16-20 tables inside the market area and 16 in the tent.
The tent is considered an indoor space so all rules for indoor apply.  All vendors and patrons must wear a mask and 6 foot distancing must be adhered to when possible.  

Let us know as soon as possible if you’re interested in attending as an exhibitor as space is very limited.Tables may be shared by 2 or 3 people – please send information together.

DCAF is an all-ages event with free admission to the public

the date is Sunday, August 15th from 10am to 5pm. Exhibitors can set up starting at 9am.
The venue is Alderney Landing where the Dartmouth Farmers Market is held on Saturdays.

Table and chair are provided, you might want to bring a table covering if you have one. 
The tables are 8 feet in length and are limited in number. We are currently compiling a waiting list
and confirming guests and exhibitors.

cartoonist Michael de Adder will be at DCAF 2015

Michael de Adder was born in Moncton, New Brunswick. He studied art at Mount Allison University where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drawing and painting.

After freelancing for a few years, he landed his first full time cartooning job at the Halifax Daily News.

After the Daily News folded in 2008, he now freelances for the Halifax Chronicle Herald, the Toronto Star and Ottawa Hill Times. His work is syndicated throughout North America by Artizans.com.

He is the author of 5 books including You Might Be From Nova Scotia If… and You Might Be From New Brunswick If… The third book in the series You Might Be From Newfoundland and Labrador If… is due to be released Sepctember 1,2015.
